Alfy Property's Story

After identifying a lack of support for property buyers in the Australian Real Estate market; we decided to come together to narrow the gap and consequent miscommunications between buyers and real estate agents. As a result, Alfy was born.

Specialising in the search, negotiation and final purchase; our mission is to represent buyers fairly and alleviate the stress during the process of finding the ideal home or investment.

Kosta Moussageas


Holding both a Real Estate Licence and a Bachelor of Business, Kosta has developed extensive experience dealing with property investments. Having previously worked as a National Realty Agent for a boutique financial planning firm, he has assisted many clients to achieve their property goals by putting together suitable and strong investment strategies. With a further 6 years of experience working as a banker for one of the ‘big four’, he has established a keen ability to identify the right financial structure to help strengthen his client’s investment portfolios.

Today, as Founding Partner and Director at Alfy Property, he specialises in helping all property purchasers make the right decisions. With his hands-on approach, Kosta is renowned for providing exceptional service and constantly strives to achieve the best outcome for his clients. His motivation, drive and commitment to finding the best possible solutions for his clients is infectious. Combined with his approachable personality it is easy to see why so many clients entrust in him and continue to use his services.

Michael Lykowski


A former tennis coach, Michael holds an ingrained work ethic that underpins his success as a high performing individual within the real estate industry. Now a founding Partner and Director of Alfy Property, he holds a strong passion for property and is renowned for his sincere and honest assistance. Michael works to ensure his clients consistently feel at ease with his abilities. Also, as an accredited auctioneer, Michael understands the intricacies of the auction process which gives him a unique set of skills while bidding for clients. Appreciating that every client is unique, he invests strongly in representing the needs of his clients and knows how important lifestyle can be in the property decision process.

With the belief that “There’s a property for every buyer”, Michael brings an unmatched level of commitment to his position. He knows how to work effectively to get the best results for clients and has successfully negotiated purchases and grown Alfy to provide an uncompromising level of service to its clients. A resident of Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs, he holds a love of period architecture that inhabits the streets of Melbourne.
